| Below 45m | 1 or 2 low intensity Type A or B at the top. |
| 45m up to 105m | 2 low intensity type A at the top only working simultaneously or redudancy. |
| 105m up to 150m | 1 or 2 medium intensity type B at the top, with intermediate level low intensity type B. |
| 150m and above | 1 or 2 medium intensity type B at the top, with intermediate levels of medium intensity type B every 105 meters max, with between each level of medium intensity Low intensity type B in between level of medium intensity work or high intensity type type A can also work. |
